| 7/8/05 - Starting with a loop in Firestone Copse (with some smaller loops within it), we then made are way towards the coast, into Fishbourne.
Heroically passing the pub with barely a glance, we continued on to Quarr Abbey to enjoy the sunshine and fine muffins made by the monks.
Pausing briefly to look at the ruins of the original Abbey, we then cross back over the road,
then gently up hill to the War Memorial with a great view of the eastern island.
Finally back to the car park at Firestone, where some heroically returned to the pub.
